With over 20 million Americans needing drug and alcohol addiction treatment each year, it is critical to provide information on which centers are legitimate and which are not. Very few people know where to look when they need help, and my job is to make that information clear and accessible.

Overdose Prevention

The threat of drug and alcohol overdose has increased each year. Almost 100k Americans died last year alone from overdoses. In order to address this very serious epidemic, it is critical that overdose prevention techniques and treatment be more accessible to those that may be struggling.

Equal Access To Resources

Having access to quality treatment for addiction and mental illness is one of the biggest indicators of success. Unfortunately, minority groups have less access to treatment and often suffer more than their white counterparts. Ensuring that all people receive equal treatment is critical.

I have always had an entreprenuerial spirit, even when I was young. This has followed me throughout my career path, leading me to develop several of my own businesses. There were times when money was great, but there was no passion or purpose driving me forward in those online businesses I had started. When I found myself in the world of addiction treatment, my professional skillsets and personal passions had finally aligned. Not only am I able to work in my area of expertise, but I am working to increase access to treatment and resources for people who are experiencing their most vulnerable phase of life.
